She started at Signature GMAC as a sales agent and quickly became a member of the Executive Club two consecutive years based on her contribution to the company. She went on to add to her portfolio Mortgage Broker and quickly became a Million Dollar producer for the Task Mortgage Group. Nesterine continued her career with Charles Rutenberg Realty where she gained additional experience which prepared her to launch the Blair Realty Group. |

Ariel’s experience in real estate investing is grounded in more than 10 years of independent real estate deals. Her first success came with buying and selling pre-foreclosure houses. She also learned the strategies to succeed in flipping houses which during the Real Estate boom, she made tremendous profits in that market.
Her initial goal was quite simple. Ariel wanted just one profitable deal to be completed. She knew that if she could accomplish one contract that she could successfully accomplish many more.

Ariel got started in real estate by finding a good teacher and sticking with the sound investing principles that were instructed. She drew a lot of inspiration from her teacher and carries it with her to this day.
She consistently learned and associated with programs for beginners and seasoned investors that show how to make money buying pre-foreclosures, bank owned short-sales and rehabs houses.
She has always liked pre-foreclosures and rehab house because she started with very little money of her own and flip her first few deals. Then, once she had accumulated solid assets she was able to maneuver the deals herself in order to earn a larger profits.
Ariel loves to share her knowledge with others so that they can accomplish the same kinds of deals that she continues to encounter. Her greatest business gratification is completing a good deal and knowing she helped someone while doing it.
With the changes in the Real Estate market, Ariel continues to invest in acquiring properties but mostly for rental property investment. She also finds new opportunities to buy and improve properties to add value.
Ariel is a member of the Central Florida Real Estate Investor Network (CFRI), Realtor®, Orlando Regional Realtor Association and , and a Member of Orlando Regional International Council in Orlando, Florida.
